Usher will play a free concert in New Orleans.
The mega R&B superstar is known for hits like 'Yeah', 'Confessions part 2' and throwback hits 'Nice & Slow' and 'U Got It Bad.'
The Allstate 'Fan Fest' is totally FREE and will be held on Wednesday, December 30th at 6:15pm in Jackson Square, that's 2 days before Oklahoma State takes on Ole Miss in the 2016 Sugar Bowl.
