Usher Orders Tameka Foster Out Of His Mansion
Just when you thought the courtroom drama that is Usher and Tameka Foster's estranged relationship was over, more papers have been filed for the 'Papers' singer. Usher has officially ordered Foster to get the heck out of his mansion.
Foster has been living in a 12,000 square foot Atlanta mansion that actually belongs to Usher -- and apparently he was pretty much over her freeloading off of his property. TMZ reports that Usher's attorney sent Foster a letter informing her that the mansion was being put on the market and that she'd have to find another place to live.
Foster's lived in the mansion for a few years now, but per the former couple's 2009 divorce decree, Usher can sell the property whenever he wants (since, you know, he paid for it in the first place), provided he gives Foster at least 60 days notice.
Sources say that Foster was upset by the news since she's financially dependent on Usher, even post-divorce, and has none of her own income. However, Usher feels that since Foster's had three years since the split to get a job and move out, she's had more than enough time to pack up and ship out.
The drama follows a long battle that almost appeared to head towards an amicable settlement following the tragic death of Foster's son, Kile Glover. However, shortly after the boy's passing, Foster and Ush's gloves came off once more.
On the bright side for Foster, who recently lost both primary custody of her and Usher's two sons (Usher Raymond V and Naviyd) and a motion for a new trial, she did pocket a cool $25,000 for an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Be on the lookout for a lot more press from the former Mrs. Raymond now that her bills need to be paid with her own money.
