Last night on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," President Barack Obama dropped by for a visit, and did something that no U.S. President has ever done before. He "slow jammed the news." A regular bit on Jimmy Fallon's late night show features Jimmy reporting the news in the form of a "slow jam" with his house band, The Roots, backing him with soulful R&B grooves. Last night, the commander in chief did not disappoint with his slow jamming skills.

"I want to slow jam the news, and I'm not the only one," Fallon told his audience as the on-stage curtain parted and a smiling Obama strutted out purposefully to wild applause. "I'm President Barack Obama and I, too, want to slow jam the news," the slow-jammer-in-chief said as house band the Roots broke into a few funky bars of "Hail to the Chief."

President Obama looked straight into the eyes of the studio audience, as well as the millions watching at home, and laid the news down with his smooth vocals while The Roots backed him up with a silky groove. No matter your political preference, it is definitely worth putting politics aside for a second and checking out this hilarious video featuring Jimmy Fallon and President Barack Obama,

... or as Jimmy calls him, "The Preezy Of The United Steezy."
