Watching Harvey Means Watching The River & Potential Flooding
Tropical Storm Harvey has not let up on its ability to leave devastation everywhere it has gone.
By the end of this week, some areas in and around Houston will have seen a combined rainfall total near 50 inches.
This storm continues to dump rain in Texas, and now the storm is moving into Acadiana, so what will it do here.
Lake Charles is already experiencing flooding, but we don't know what the rainfall totals will be for Southwest Louisiana Parishes versus Centeral Louisiana Parishes, but we know that the potential is there for 10 inches in some areas by Thursday.
