More Winter Weather Forecasted For Acadiana

Don't get too comfortable with the Spring-Like weather in Acadiana because the winter chill returns later this week. 

Just when you thought we may have turned the corner from winter, "Old Man Winter" makes a return to the area late Wednesday night, and even into Thursday. Unfortunately, there is a chance of rain with these near-freezing temperatures, thus things may get a little "slick" in Acadiana by mid-week.

Along with our media partners in the KATC TV-3 weather lab, we will continue to monitor the weather in the days ahead and will keep you up to date on any important announcements.

I honestly have no clue why "Old Man Winter" wants to hang around here, maybe the gumbo is just that good!!! Like many of you, I too am ready for sunshine and spring showers. I guess that groundhog was right after all.
