Weather Reporter Caught Relieving Himself On Live Television??? [VIDEO]

Was Weather Channel reporter Mike Seidel caught relieving himself on LIVE television? Just as NBC was to cut to the reporter in the field, he had his back to the camera and appears to "zip up" as soon as they cut back to the studio.

In all fairness, he may have been on his phone or fixing another piece of equipment, but it sure does look like the reporter is zipping up.

According to NBC, they say the reporter was looking for his phone and was NOT relieving himself before his live shot. What do you think?
