Woman In Lafayette Says Man Followed Her While Out Jogging [VIDEO]

Always be aware of your surroundings.

A local woman told KLFY-TV 10 that while she was out jogging early Sunday morning along Pont Des Mouton, she spotted a man following her.

After every turn she would take, the man was there. Now, this woman wants all of us to be aware of her frightening situation and more importantly wants to remind all of us to always be aware of our surroundings.

The man was spotted in a blue truck on Pont Des Mouton, not far from I-49.

Yolanda Williams tells KLFY-TV that when she spotted a woman getting into her vehicle where this scary situation happened, she started to yell at her to get her attention.

Luckily Williams was able to escape this frightening situation, but we should all take her situation seriously and learn from it.
