New Orleans Police Looking for Two Women Accused of Shooting Guns Out of Window on Interstate
A viral video of two women recklessly firing guns out of the window of a car has gotten the attention of New Orleans Police.
According to NOPD, authorities are asking for the public's assistance in locating two suspects wanted in connection with the illegal firing of guns on the interstate this past Sunday night. (Oct. 16).
Police have named India Fazande (21) and Erica Settles (20) as persons of interest in the incident that they say took place on U.S. Highway 90 at the Loyola Avenue Exit in New Orleans.
According to FOX 8 NOLA, police were tipped off by the video after it began circulating on social media. New Orleans has dealt with multiple interstate shootings in addition to the uptick in overall crime that has plagued the city.
The two women seen discharging multiple rounds from the passenger side of the vehicle while it is in motion on the interstate is not only a reckless action but puts innocent lives in danger according to New Orleans Police.
