World’s Longest Po’Boy Record Was Broken During Inaugural Po’Boy Fest In Lafayette [VIDEO]

If there is one record we can (b)eat in Louisiana, it would be the world's longest po'boy.

That happened this weekend (April 2nd) during the inaugural Po'boy fest in downtown Lafayette.

The current record was 340 feet. They broke that record. Check it out below.
