Should This Sign Be Posted Outside Of Every Youth Sporting Event?

A sign posted at a youth soccer game in Grand Junction's Canyon View Park has gone viral for its simple, yet effective message.

Sadly, far too often we hear of adults acting more childish than the kids playing the game during youth sporting events. We've seen yelling, argument, and sometimes all out brawls from grown ups.

Sometimes parents can bring things to a level of embarrassment that makes me wonder if they even realize the kids are just playing to have fun.

It doesn't stop with the parent-on-parent foolishness—coaches, volunteer referees and sometimes even the kids themselves are berated and called names that I can't even repeat in this story.

This sign should be hanging outside of every youth sporting event for those troublesome parents who need to be reminded of the obvious.
