While details are still unclear, a close friend of Amber's told OK! magazine that Amber is currently stabilized and awake. She also added that Amber had been taking morphine recently to deal with the pressure of her custody situation with her daughter Leah.

Amber has been arrested and charged with domestic abuse. With the video footage, it's not hard to see why charges were pressed. As is the custom, all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty (had to throw that in there).
