<p>According to the <a href="http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/food-and-drink/muffin-top-banh-mi-and-california-roll-admitted-into-english-dictionary-2253408.html" target="_blank">Independent</a>, the famous book of words has added a new batch of phrases to its online dictionary, including the "five-second rule" and "muffin top."</p>
<p>Look up "five-second rule" and you'll find the following: "Allows for the eating of a delicious morsel that has fallen to the floor, provided that it is retrieved within the specified period of time."</p>
