He's only 7 years-old, and is diagnosed with a very rare condition called Schwartz-Jamel syndrome. It's a muscle condition where his muscles never relax and give him a really ripped body. If you've never heard of Schwartz-Jamel syndrome, it's because there are only 100 cases recorded of it worldwide.
