Brian Laundrie Family Attorney Reveals His Cause of Death

According to multiple reports, an attorney for the Laundrie family has told news outlets that Brian Laundrie died by suicide from a gunshot wound to the head. The news follows a weeks-long search for Laundrie following the disappearance and death of his ex-fiancee Gabby Petito.

Back in October, the FBI confirmed that the remains of Brian Laundrie were found after a weeks-long manhunt for him concluded. Laundrie was the only person of interest in the disappearance and death case of travel influencer Gabby Petito.

Laundrie's parents were informed of the cause and manner of his death before the family's attorney provided the information to news outlets.

The highly publicized search for Gabby Petito, and eventually Brian Laundrie, brought national attention to the case. There was coverage of the events on a 24/7 basis, with figures like 'Dog the Bounty Hunter' even getting in on the search.

Since their beloved Gabby's death, the Petito family has launched a foundation to help find missing persons and help support organizations that assist victims of domestic violence.
