We don't have to tell you that yesterday's news of the Connecticut school shooting put a damper on the week, the holiday season and humanity as a whole. Our hearts are still heavy, but even in the wake of tragedy we shouldn't give up on humanity.

As I sift through my Facebook news feed late last night and this morning, I noticed more and more people sharing Buzzfeed's popular '26 Moments That Will Restore Your Faith In Humanity' post. This post is truly perfect when it comes to restoring faith in just how wonderful we can be as human beings. Remember, love will always prevail over evil, no matter how tragic or hopeless any situation may feel at the time.
