Literally, he TOSSED OUT $1 million dollars in cash to partygoers at Rick Ross' Birthday Bash last Friday. According to Britain's 'The Sun', Ross took his entourage all over the Miami club scene all weekend long. Diddy was part of the clan, which also included A-listers like Pharrell Williams & Busta Rhymes, and he was VERY generous with party-goers throwing out WADS of money to the crowd. Why am I never at these parties ?
