DJ Digital & RV Hit Rouses for Meat & Sides to Load Up the New Studio Grill
When RV and I hit Rouses Market to grab what we needed to christen the new grill outside the studio, I was going for "host with the least." Small gatherings, premium offerings.
I wanted those stuffed potatoes, excellent cuts of beef, chicken wrapped in extra tastiness, and you better believe I was going to unwrap it all before anyone got there so everyone would think we did it ourselves.
Rouses didn't disappoint. See what we found:

- Stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon
- Rack of ribs
- Big slab of prime beef
- Premium boudin
What I love most about the meat section at Rouses Markets is 1) they always have great sales and specials, and 2) their steaks and roasts are still cut and trimmed in-store by their butchers. Those guys are specialists!
