Brunch has solidified its place as a beloved and popular social activity here in Louisiana. You get the best of both worlds, all your lunch and breakfast favorites melded together. But if we are being honest with ourselves we know the real reason brunch is so popular here in the south. The drinks.

While mimosas will always be the go-to Eggo Waffles has piqued our interest with a new boozy beverage that is literally brunch in a jar.

Collaborating with Sugarlands Distilling Company, Kellogg Company has unveiled the 'Eggo Brunch in a Jar Sippin Cream'. This new boozy beverage blends warm notes of nostalgic toasted Eggo waffles, the classic sweetness of maple syrup, the creamy richness of butter, and a hint of smoky bacon goodness. A true waffles and syrup cream liqueur.

That literally sounds like a mouth full but we still want to try it for ourselves because Eggos has never let us down. We could see this being a great base for some sort of boozy breakfast milkshake, add protein powder, ice, and boom you've just unlocked the ultimate breakfast.

Totally kidding.

It will be available at select retailers and also online here. You can enter your zip code to see what stores near you carry it. Since it is fairly new it may take some time to see on the shelves here in Louisiana but you can always order it online.

This boozy 'Brunch in a Jar' has an alcohol content of 20% and is 40 proof. Eggos definitely had the parents in mind when they were creating this product, leave the frozen waffles to the kids and grab yourself an Egg—spresso martini.
