A 6-year-old boy was suspended from school for allegedly kissing a little girl in his class. Hunter Yelton, who is a first grader in Canon City, Colorado allegedly kissed a little girl on her hand while in music class and now he may have a SEXUAL HARASSMENT mark on his permanent record.

When the teacher saw Hunter kiss the little girl, which the little girl says she was OK with, she, the teacher, sent Hunter to the principal and that's when he was disciplined and suspended from school.

His mom, who was called in to discuss the matter, says that her son should not have been suspended from school and plans to challenge the sexual harassment mark now on his record. The school says that Hunter violated their no-kiss policy on campus.

We ask, should Hunter have been suspended from school for kissing the little girl on her hand, and should there be a mark of SEXUAL HARASSMENT on his record after this incident? Let us know what you think in the comment section below.
