Couple Uses ‘Fresh Prince’ Theme Song To Announce Pregnancy [VIDEO]

A couple decided to channel Will Smith's 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' character by using the sitcom's theme song to announce they were expecting.

Jesse and Melissa Meeks are still shocked at how much attention their video has gotten. Since they posted the clip back on April 5, they have garnered nearly 2 million views on their Fresh Prince pregnancy announcement.

The Meeks told FOX 12 the final product only took them five takes, and the original intention was to come up with a fun way to tell their long distance family and friends they had a baby on the way.

They wanted to come up with a fun song, or rap and the Fresh Prince theme song kept coming up for both of them. Before they knew it, they had come up with the song that has now gone viral.

Congrats to the couple, and we hope to see Pt. 2 for the gender reveal!
