Ghost Walks Around Disneyland At Night [VIDEO]

For years people have said that ghosts roam the grounds of Disneyland at night. Here's an older video that appears to show something walking through the park late at night. 

You can clearly see that there's something walking the grounds of Disneyland at night in this video. Is it ghosts or is it some other form effect?

Whatever the case may be, I can't help but think that maybe someone just doesn't want to leave the grounds of Disney or perhaps its kids visiting for the first time. I'm not saying you have to believe in ghosts, but this video clearly shows "something" roaming through Disneyland while the parks are closed.

I know the next time we are there, I will be keeping an eye out for ghosts late at night.
