According to Friends of the Lafayette Public Library are saying It’s best to hold off on donating any books until the system is open.  The donations are pouring in now that everyone is stuck at home trying to declutter and do some spring cleaning. The only problem is that many book donations are being dropped off the outside of the library warehouse on Pinhook and the library system is closed. This means the books aren’t being brought inside. Since they currently don’t have a staff, hold on to the books for a little longer. They would still love to receive your donations at a later time.
