You can help this Acadiana family who lost everything they own Sunday morning.

Blake and Amelia Smith of Eunice lost everything in a house fire Sunday morning in Eunice. Amelia was awakened by the popping sounds and was able to escape the home with her children and pets. Blake was offshore at the time.

Blake and Amelia and their two children, 7 year - old Olivia and 5 year - old Michael, lost everything in the blaze, including both vehicles. Michael has suffered for years with a heart condition requiring three open - heart procedures.
