Man Who Waited Four Years for Sex With Girlfriend Has Breakdown After Finding Out She Slept With Another Guy in Just One Week

A man on Reddit is feeling played after finding out his ex, whom he waited years to have sex with, immediately slept with another man while they were on a break.

"I was in a relationship with my (now ex I guess) girlfriend for five years. We didn’t have sex until we were four years in because she wanted to wait until it felt right. I respected it wholeheartedly. Of course I wanted to but I loved her more than I wanted to have sex with her so I waited until she blatantly told me she was read," he wrote.

A few months ago she told him that "she wanted to take a step back from our relationship and said she wasn’t in the right mind space to be with me."

During their split, they remained friends and "talked daily," and he was excited to eventually reunite with her.

"At the beginning of this month, she started ranting to me about this 'gross' guy in her friend circle who wouldn’t stop hitting on her and looking at her body. Called him a f--kboy, etc. I was annoyed and told her to stay away from a weirdo like that. She told me she would and called him a creep, etc.," he shared.

However, she soon came clean and told him that they had slept together.

"She was saying she didn’t know how it happened, it happened so fast, she couldn’t believe she did it, etc. I was shattered but wanted to at least make sure it was consensual and she said it was 'but she wasn’t thinking straight,'" he recalled.

"I was shaking all over, nauseous, the nine yards. She called me while I was headed to take a major test. I somehow managed to take it but as soon as I was done, I ran outside of the classroom and threw up," the heartbroken man continued.

Since her confession she has apologized multiple times, explaining it "meant nothing" to her, but the man finds himself unable to move past it.

"I feel disgusted and angry. There’s so much rage. A part of me feels guilty about how I feel since I know she didn’t owe me sex and owns her own body. I’m not usually anywhere close to a misogynist but why is this such a slap in the face? I feel like my heart was b---h-slapped," he concluded.

"I hate to break this to you but she never thought that dude was a creep," one person wrote.

"She was flattered by whatever attention he was giving her, she was probably already thinking about sleeping with him and she literally couldn't stop talking about him and the only way to get away with talking about him was to call him names, she never thought he was gross or a creep and she totally know what and how 'it happened,'" another chimed in.

"If a woman really wants to spend time with you she will reach out to spend time with you and she won’t be talking about other guys while she’s with you. This girl has absolutely no regard for you. You’re better than this," someone else commented.
