Judge Argues With Defendant, Then Helps Restrain Him [VIDEO]

A judge in Michigan sentenced a defendant last December for violating a personal protection order. However, when a it came time for the defendant to be escorted out of the courtroom, things got physical.

The judge actually threw his robe off in this video and helped the officer detain the guy after a heated argument between the two.

The guy was originally sentenced to three days in the county jail, but his mouth landed him behind bars for an entire YEAR!!

Lesson here, don't talk back to a judge and never underestimate his/her willingness to rip their robe off if need be.
