"Omg who is this!!", the one question every Belieber wants to know...

Seriously though, who is that? Did Bieber find a random picture online and decide this was his soul mate? Is Instagram the new Craigslist "Missed Connections"?

I have so many questions, but first and foremost, am I the only one that thinks this is kind of creepy? Posting a picture of a random girl on Instagram is a little weird. Yeah, it sounds like a modern day twist on a Cinderella inspired rom-com, but it's flipping strange. Out of all the models, celebs, and overall gorgeous people the Biebs knows he's choosing to go on a wild goose chase over this girl? I mean, yes, she is probably one of the most beautiful people in the world, but he doesn't know anything about her. What if she's 14 years old? Maybe I'm just jealous that Justin isn't searching social media for me. Ok, I'm definitely a little jealous, but if it was anyone else I would be super creeped out.
