For some reason, Justin Bieber has been a bad mood as of late.

Bieber recently stated that he is done with awards shows, and now he was spotted throwing a gift a fan gave from his car window.

I'm not sure what prompted the singer to do such a thing, but this is NOT cool. Regardless what may have happened or been said here, as a public figure you just don't do this to your fans.

But then again, its Justin Bieber. He's better than this---we've seen it.
