King Cake Bread Pudding Bake-Off Happening Sunday, February 5th

Are you hungry for some bread pudding?

In recent weeks you may have seen several local bakeries on social media claim to have the best King Cake Bread Pudding.

Now, they have all decided to come together for one day to find out who truly has the best King Cake Bread pudding in Acadiana.

12 local bakeries will come together on Sunday, February 5th at Borques Bar in Scott (1009 St. Mary St.), near Uncle T's Restaurant, starting at 1 pm to find out who really has the best-tasting King Cake Bread Pudding. '

Food trucks will also be on sight, and all of the money raised on this day will go to local charities.

Each bakery has announced a charity that they will raise money for and for just $5 you can enter to sample treats from all of the bakeries.

This event is open to the public and all ages are welcome. It is being put on by Piece of Cake Lafayette, Mrs. B's Sweets, and Sweet Envie, LLC.
