Lafayette General CEO: Facilities Have Met Demand For PPE

Lafayette General Health President and CEO David Callecod is updating the public on his organization's preparations to respond to COVID-19. This battle has been fought on the national, statewide and local levels. Callecod is overseeing the response at several facilities and in conjunction with other healthcare systems such as Our Lady of Lourdes and LHC Group. In a KPEL interview Thursday, he said the medical workers at Lafayette General on the front lines are protected. Callecod confirms LGH has an adequate supply of PPE and is working with local company Actions Specialties to ramp up that protection.
