Lindsay Lohan Sues Pitbull Over Lyrics In Hit Song ‘Give Me Everything’

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is suing "Mr Worldwide," Pitbull. Lohan is allegedly suing the singer over lyrics used in the hit song "Give You Everything," in which Lohan's name is included in. Lohan alleges the appearance of her name in the song "causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants, Pitbull and Afrojack.

In the lawsuit, Lohan claims she is "a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes."

The lyrics in the hit song that are allegedly defaming to Lindsay Lohan are as follows:

Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'
I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.

While she may have a legitimate case here, like many of you, I too think the defamed actress/singer may be looking for a "quick buck." Having not worked in quiet some time, and a huge amount of legal bills coming in the mail, Lohan may be seeking finances via this lawsuit. Still, to sue someone over your name in a SONG...I think our girl is reaching!!!
