Local Radio Personalities Prepare For Insane Inflatable 5K Run at Fit Life [VIDEO]

The Insane Inflatable 5K Run is rapidly approaching, and now some of your favorite local radio personalities are getting fit for the competition. Watch as we prepare our bodies for the run while training at Fit Life, in Lafayette.

Coach Brian has been stressing that we need to start moving before the big date, November 2nd, and that's precisely what were are doing at Fit Life. In the first video, Coach Brian shows us how we should warm-up before exercising and before the 5K run, which happens in Opelousas at Evangeline Downs.
