LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Police in Long Beach, California are deciding whether to arrest an 80-year-old man who shot a fleeing suspected burglar in the back, killing her.

Homeowner Tom Greer told KNBC-TV that he shot 28-year-old Andrea Miller twice in the back after she told him, "Don't shoot me, I'm pregnant."

A second burglary suspect has been arrested for suspicion of residential burglary and murder, for allegedly being involved in a felony that led to a death.
