Man Accused Of Shooting Baton Rouge Deputy Dies In Hospital

The man accused of shooting and killing an East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Deputy late Saturday night has reportedly died.

According to State Police, Brandon Wiley died in a Baton Rouge hospital Tuesday afternoon. He too was shot in the shoot out Saturday night.

Reports indicate that the Wiley and the deputy, Sgt. Shawn Anderson, got into a struggle when the deputy approached him in a hair saloon Saturday night while investigating an earlier incident.
