Mom, April King, is now in trouble with the law after the police showed up and caught her red-handed getting her 4-year-old to take the breathalyzer test.

The crazy thing is her husband is the one that installed it because his wife has a serious drinking problem. According to the police statement, her husband refuses to bail her out of jail.
