Insane Taiwan Airplane Crash Caught On Dash-Cam [VIDEO]

A TransAsia flight was caught on the dash camera of a taxi cab as it crashed in to Taipei harbor, killing at least 25 of the 58 passengers on board.

So far the toll has 25 confirmed dead, 15 injured, including two on the ground, and 18 missing. Rescuers are saying things don't look too optimistic.

As you can see in the video below it nearly misses the taxi.
