The White House has announced that President Barack Obama will visit South Louisiana Monday to examine water and wind damage in the wake of Isaac. His opponent in the upcoming Presidential election, Rep. Mitt Romney, announced earlier today that he too will be stopping in Louisiana to assess the damage Isaac has left behind. White House spokesman Jay Carney announced the trip aboard Air Force One as Obama flew to Texas on Friday to speak to U.S. service members and their families. President Obama is currently on a re-election tour, but he has decided to make an impromptu visit to Louisiana Monday after he completes a visit to Ohio.

The White House did not say which cities the President  may be visiting while here in Louisiana.
