Riff Raff Teases ‘Vanilla Gorilla’ Album

Riff Raff is officially in album mode. In a hilarious new video he uploaded to Instagram yesterday (Sept. 25), the neon icon puts the rap game on notice while hinting toward some new music with Ronny J.

For the video, we see Riff Raff rocking some weightlifting gloves as he stands outside and starts talking that talk. "Looks like I've gotta put in my two weeks notice down here at the construction plant. Had to call up my good friend Ronny J and show boys how it's done," he says. From there he jokingly pokes fun at SoundCloud rappers.

"Every single one of you's look the same. Y'all must have the same hairdresser. Y'all must have the same mammy and the same papa, 'cause your DNA's the same," he says at one point. "Y'all got the same name, Lil Such and Such, Lil Scratch and Sniff," he adds at another. "What you gonna do when that Vanilla Gorilla album drops on you?"

With bits of cheesy animation and some theatrical video effects, the Beartrap Sound artist's latest video sees his humor in full effect. In another IG post, he claims that he's just received some new vocals from Eminem. It's unclear whether or not he's joking, but a Riff Raff-Em collab would definitely be interesting.

Adding to his Instagram antics, Riff Raff also responded to an earlier joke Drake made about him on IG. In a video posted last week, we see a Riff Raff lookalike dancing in the club. Noting the man's exaggerated dance and resemblance to the Texas rapper, Drizzy captioned the post, "Damn just found this video of @jodyhighroller going crazy in Nashville last night."

Keeping with the lighthearted nature of Drizzy's original post, Jody Highroller uploaded a video of himself doing some silly dancing. He captioned the video, "DRAKE YOU KNOW THE VåNiLLå GöRiLLå WAS JAMES BROWN’S DANCE iNSTRUCTOR FROM 1972 TO 1977 @champagnepapi."
