Saints vs Seahawks Thursday Injury Report
With several players going to IR this week and Drew Brees underdoing surgery yesterday, how does the rest of the New Orleans Saints squad look in the health department here on Thursday...?
As the Saints (1-1) continue to practice in Seattle this week in anticipation of their Sunday matchup with the Seattle Seahawks (2-0), both teams released their second injury/practice report of the week.
Injury reports did not include players who are on injured reserve, as the Saints placed linebacker Alex Anzalone and wide receiver Keith Kirkwood on IR this week.
Quarterback Drew Brees will appear on the injury report for a while, as he underwent thumb surgery in Los Angeles today. It'll be interesting to see if Sheldon Rankins can get back and potentially play this week.
