Fire Destroys Livingston Parish Home, Except For Studs With Bible Scriptures Written On Them

Livingston Parish firefighters rolled up on a scene that will give you goosebumps.

Over the weekend, a Livingston Parish home was completely destroyed except for a handful of wall studs that had bible scriptures written on them. Regardless of your faith, this is a sight that is truly amazing to see—even for the firefighters.

What caught our eyes was that the homeowners had written scriptures on wall studs through the house. The fire stopped at the scriptures!!

We've heard similar stories about other religious items or sentimental keepsakes in house fires before, but to see it in photos is definitely something that gives us the "frissons."
