Sharon Osbourne won't be holding a "Will Work for Food" sign anytime soon. The 11 year veteran of the talk show "The Talk" announced she quit, she wasn't fired and her payout for leaving is hefty.

CBS and Osbourne's separation came last week after Osbourne and co-host Sheryl Underwood engaged in a heated on-air discussion a few weeks ago over comments made by Osbourne's friend Piers Morgan.

Piers Morgan walked off the set of "Good Morning Britain" after coming under fire for his comments about Meghan Markel, Duchess of Sussex.

Osbourne defended Morgan on "The Talk" which led to the argument between Osbourne and Underwood in which Osbourne demanded that Sheryl Underwood explain to her how Piers Morgan's comments were racist.

According to Page Six, Sharon Osbourne will walk away with as much as an eight-figure payout.

The outlet is also reporting there is no gag order in place.

She is free to speak out. Sharon will talk when she is ready. She still wants to give her side of the story. She has been on that show for 11 years and knows all the secrets.-Page Six

Given Sharon Osbourne's reputation for not holding back, she'll more than likely tell her side of the story and then some.

Sharon Osbourne issued a heartfelt apology on March 10. She also said, "I will always support freedom of speech, but now I see how I unintentionally didn't make that clear distinction".
