SoLou Officially Announces Opening Date For Lafayette Location

According to Peter Sclafani, Founder and CEO of Making Raving Fans Hospitality Group, SoLou offers a modern take on Louisiana comfort food, craft cocktails, wine, and beer in an Instagram-worthy chic setting.

The Lafayette Location will take over the former Grub burger space off of Kaliste Saloom Road in River Ranch, which Sclafani describes as "the fifty-yard line of River Ranch".

Lafayette is no stranger to Baton Rouge favorites like Ruffino's on the River, Chimes, Superior Grill, Walk-On's, and Raising Canes, of course. SoLou is expected to get a warm welcome from the Lafayette community that already frequents these Lafayette staples.

When is SoLou Opening in Lafayette?

In a social media post, SoLou announced that they are thrilled to officially announce the grand opening of SoLou Lafayette on June 3rd, 2024 at 11AM.

We couldn't help ourselves so we snuck a peak at the menu currently offered in Baton Rouge. They offer Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner menus packed with everything from crab dip, boudin queso, to seafood okra gumbo and a Louisiana Sweet Potato Salad.

Safe to say there is something on the menu for everyone. We can't wait to welcome SoLou to the neighborhood by ordering one of everything.
