This float may have won Mardi Gras 2019.

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office may have won when it comes to Mardi Gras Floats in 2019.

If you're a Saints fan, you will love this. Like most Mardi Gras parades these days, at the end of the parade, you will notice something where you can toss and "recycle" the beads you may not want.

Well, in the Krewe of Eve parade in Mandeville, in the Krewe of Olympia in Covington, and in the Krewe of Dionysus in Slidell the Sheriff's Department had this float. Here you could aim for a referee, who is blindfolded, when it comes to returning the beads.

The beads collected are then given to an organization that cleans and recycles them.

This float may help some Saints fans get out that built-up anger from the NFC Championship game. And you know what I am talking about---The Non-Call.

If you know Saints fans, you may want to share this one with them. Now, we just need to figure out how we get this float here to Lafayette for Mardi Gras day.
