Teen Had No Idea He’s Been Missing For 13 Years [VIDEO]

"I've never seen anything, or heard anything like this..ever!"

That's what Lt. Johnny Evans of Vestavia Hills police said after he found out that now 18-year-old Julian Hernandez had been found.

The craziest part is Julian Hernandez never knew he was missing!

Back in 2002 Julian was reported missing and had been missing since. That was until Julian tried to apply for college and couldn't because his Social Security number didn't match up with his name.

The FBI was then contacted and they found out he was in the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database as a missing child.

He will be reunited with his mother today. This story gives me goosebumps.

The question is who kidnapped him?

According to WVTM Julian's father, Bobby Hernandez, has been arrested.
