Top New Years Resolutions
Even if it will only last until January 2nd, most people make some form of a New Yeats resolution. New year, new you, right?
If you need a little help figuring out what lifestyle change to stick to in 2019, you might want to look back to 2018 for a little inspiration.
According to statista.com, the top three resolutions of the last year were eat healthier, get more exercise and save money. Which makes a lot of sense considering those were my main concerns going into 2018 and, honestly, 2019 is not much different.
I still want to eat healthier, exercise more and save more money. But let's be real, if I didn't do it last year what makes me think I will do it this year.
So, what else are people hoping to achieve in the new year?
- Focus on self care
- Make new friends
- Learn a new skill
- Get a new job
- Take up a new hobby
Those are actually some pretty good ideas and they don't seem to difficult to pull off. Ok, maybe not the get a new job one, at least for me, but the rest seem 100% doable.
Cheers to the new year!
