Luckily the person in this car pulled out in front of the car approaching it.

A tree fell as soon as the person pulled out of this parking spot and they drove off like nothing happened.

Perhaps the driver saw that the tree was about to fall and that's what led them to pull out of the parking spot.

Someone had a lot of luck on their side that day. I just hope that they drove off and went purchase a lottery ticket on this day.
