TMZ is reporting that R&B singer Trey Songz was arrested at the AFC Championship game Sunday after he refused to comply with stadium rules and police.

The singer was approached by police after other fans complained that he was not following protocol in the stadium (to wear a mask).

As he was approached by a police officer in the stands, Trey Songz is seen on video putting the officer in a headlock and a scuffle ensues. In the background, you can hear fans pleading with the singer to let the officer go.

Additional officers responded to the disturbance and after a brief altercation happened as the singer was put in handcuffs and then escorted out of the stadium.

TMZ reports that Songz was arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest, both are misdemeanors, He was also charged for assaulting a police officer, which is a low-grade felony.
