Twitter Introduces New Feature That Has Tweets ‘Disappear’ In A Day
Have you noticed the latest new feature on Twitter?
The social media platform has rolled out a feature called "Fleets." This will allow some of your select Tweets vanish after 24-hours.
Much like what you may already see on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat some of your posts will simply "go away" after one day.
You can still respond to the "Fleets," but your comment will not be made public and the person you are responding to will get a direct message from you.
Twitter says that this feature allows its users to not have their select Tweet(s) engraved forever and they hope it encourages more activity on their platform.
Apparently Twitter has seen the success of "stories" on other social media platforms, thus that is why this latest feature is now part of Twitter. What do you think about it?
