Minneapolis Police are working a rather bizarre case of animal cruelty. A Minneapolis woman has been arrested after she tried to mail a puppy using the U.S. Postal Service.Luckily, postal workers saw the box moving and heard noises coming from it. The workers were able to rescue the puppy, and have since returned the puppy to authorities. The box had no air holes, no food, or water. It would've been shipped by air in an unpressurized and unheated part of the plane. The woman apparently was trying to send the boxed pup to Georgia as a gift. Stacey Champion has now been charged with a charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty.  Yet, Champion could face more serious federal charges of trying to ship live animals in the U.S. Mail.
