Writing song lyrics on Facebook landed James Evans of Muhlenberg Co. in jail.

According to FOX 8 Mr. Evans is into music and often post lyrics and videos on Facebook, but he never thought that could land him in jail.

It did land him in jail for 'terroristic threatening.'

According to Mr. Evans sister the lyrics are from a band called Exodus and they go like this:

"Student bodies lying dead in the halls, a blood splattered treatise of hate. Class dismissed in my hypothesis, gunfire ends in debate"

The family is shocked and never believed that you could get arrested for posting lyrics from a song. Mr. Evans is scheduled for a preliminary hearing today (Sept.4th)

Moral to this story is, watch what you put on social media. You never know who is reading your updates and will take things the wrong way or as threat! This is proof.

My question is, Do you think he should have been arrested for posting song lyrics?
