Ariana Grande + Big Sean Spotted Holding Hands Backstage At 2014 MTV VMAs [VIDEO]

Ariana Grande and Big Sean fueled relationship rumors as the two were spotted holding hands backstage at the 2014 MTV VMAs.

A quick cut to the VMA dressing room cam caught the pair holding hands in a hallway backstage as the show was going to commercial, but it was long enough to send social media into a frenzy.

A visibly glowing Ariana had just finished an amazing performance of 'Bang Bang' with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J, but you can't help but wonder if some of that happiness isn't attributed to being locked hand-in-hand with her rumored boo, Big Sean.

Both young superstars have recently exited relationships—Ariana splitting from Jai Brooks earlier this month, and Big Sean calling off his engagement with 'Glee' star Naya Rivera back in April.

Sean teamed up with Ariana on her second single 'Right There' late last year—and again most recently on a track titled 'Best Mistake' that dropped on August 12. Another fun fact—Big Sean was an uncredited on Grande's summer smash, 'Problem' as the artist whispering the hook "one less problem without you."

Considering how long they've been "working" together, the latest developments in their relationship has us wondering if their connection has been going on longer than we originally thought.

Fans of both artists are totally stoked to see them together, and we have to agree they do make a pretty cute couple.
